The company manages the hospitality services offered at Camping Santo Stefano.
2. Subject of the contract
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the booking and purchase of tourist accommodation services offered by Camping Santo Stefano through the official website.
The services that can be booked include, by way of example:
– camping pitches
– stays in mobile homes
A reservation made through the website constitutes a tourist accommodation service contract between the customer and the accommodation facility.
3. Booking procedures
Camping pitch reservations
Camping pitches can be reserved directly through the official Camping Santo Stefano website using the integrated booking system.
The reservation is considered completed only at the end of the purchase procedure and after the confirmation email has been received.
Mobile home reservations
Mobile home reservations are handled through an external booking system (Booking Engine) provided by the TeamSystem platform.
In order to complete the reservation, the data entered by the user must be transferred to the booking system managed by TeamSystem.
By continuing with the reservation, the user expressly consents to the transfer of their personal data to the external system necessary for managing the reservation and completing the contract.
Specific booking conditions for mobile homes may also be governed by the external booking system used.
4. Prices
All prices indicated on the website are expressed in Euro (€).
Prices may vary depending on:
– seasonal period
– type of accommodation
– duration of stay
– additional services
Any tourist taxes imposed by the competent municipality are not included in the prices indicated and must be paid according to local regulations.
Management reserves the right to update or modify prices at any time.
5. Payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted for camping pitch reservations:
– credit or debit card
– Stripe payment platform
– PayPal payment platform
– advance bank transfer
Online transactions are processed through secure external payment platforms.
Camping Santo Stefano does not store or directly manage full payment card details.
Transaction data may be processed and stored on the servers of the payment service providers used, which may be located outside the national territory or outside the European Union, in compliance with applicable data protection and security regulations.
6. Use of cookies
To ensure the correct functioning of the website, the booking system and payment platforms, the use of technical and functional cookies is required. Refusing the use of cookies may prevent certain website features from functioning correctly, including the online booking procedure.

7. Booking confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
– completion of the booking procedure
– payment, where required
– the sending of the confirmation email
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during the booking procedure.

Refund
– up to 30 days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the amount paid
– within 30 days before arrival: no refund is provided
The refund will be issued, where possible, using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
9. Arrival and departure
Mobile homes
Check-in: from 17:00
Check-out: by 10:00
During the month of August, mobile homes can only be booked for weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday. In other periods, a minimum stay of three nights is required. Management reserves the right to modify the minimum stay duration at any time, including without prior notice, depending on organizational needs.

10. Activities and events organized by third parties
Events, entertainment activities, musical performances or public events organized by third parties may take place in areas near the campsite.
These activities may include, for example:
– musical events
– concerts
– entertainment evenings
– public events
– recreational activities
Camping Santo Stefano does not organize or manage such events and has no control over activities carried out by third parties in surrounding areas. Therefore, the campsite cannot be held responsible for any disturbances or inconveniences arising from such activities.
11. External events, weather conditions and circumstances beyond the control of the campsite
The customer acknowledges that Camping Santo Stefano is an outdoor accommodation facility located in a natural coastal environment. The stay experience may therefore be influenced by environmental, weather or logistical factors beyond the control of the campsite.
These circumstances may include, for example:
– adverse or changing weather conditions
– rough sea or unsuitable swimming conditions
– presence of seaweed, jellyfish or natural phenomena
– restrictions on beach or sea use imposed by authorities
– events organized by third parties nearby
– noise or sound emissions from outside the campsite
– interruptions of public services
– measures imposed by public authorities
– force majeure events
Such circumstances do not constitute a contractual breach by the campsite and do not entitle the customer to refunds or compensation.
12. Separation of booking systems
The Camping Santo Stefano website may integrate booking systems, payment platforms or digital services provided by third parties.
In particular, mobile home reservations are managed through an external booking system provided by TeamSystem.
These systems operate through independent technological infrastructures that are not directly controlled by the website operator.
Camping Santo Stefano cannot be held responsible for malfunctions, temporary service interruptions, technical errors or unavailability of IT systems managed by third parties.
13. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
– the accuracy of the information provided
– compliance with the campsite regulations
– any damage caused to the campsite facilities or to other guests.
14. Limitation of liability relating to online services
Camping Santo Stefano undertakes to keep the website updated and operational but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, technical errors or malfunctions of online services.
The campsite shall not be held liable for any damage, loss or inconvenience arising from:
– temporary unavailability of the website
– malfunctions of IT systems or communication networks
– technical issues with the user’s device
– errors or service disruptions of external payment platforms
– errors in booking systems managed by third parties
– cyber attacks, viruses or unpredictable technical events.
15. Privacy
Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

16. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction and competent court as provided by law.
17. Modification of the conditions
